The Imperfect Printer
About
Why the imperfect printer?
well, there are already enough photographers who sweat over making perfect prints--good density, dustless, color corrected images. i've served my time in college photo labs trying to make the grade, but now i'm all grown up and realize that sometimes those imperfections are perfect. polaroids jam up and the chemicals don't always spread over the whole image. holgas let in light leaks. throw these images away because of these glitches? no way! celebrate them. show them the light of day. display them. this website is a collection of images that may be less than perfect, but are full of real life, meaning, and emotion. enjoy!
